01 INDIVIDUAL THERAPY / 45-60 mins.
Available for children, teens, and adults seeking a weekly dedicated time and space to address their concerns. I have experience in a wide variety of areas, but you can take a look at my specialities here.
02 COUPLES THERAPY / 60 mins.
An attachment-based approach for couples looking to improve their relationship dynamics, address communication issues, enhance intimacy, and/or resolve conflict. Couples of every kind are welcome. LGBTQIA+ allied and kink allied.
03 FAMILY THERAPY / 60 mins.
A systems approach to supporting families in navigating difficult dynamics and/or transitions by exploring relational issues, identifying problematic patterns, and improving healthy communication. Also available for parents needing support in navigating the eating disorder recovery of a child.
04 EMDR
I offer EMDR in several different ways, including: 1) adjunct EMDR for clients who are already working with a primary therapist, 2) stand-alone short term EMDR therapy for clients looking to process a singular tarter, 3) as an add for my existing ongoing therapy clients.
05 EATING DISORDER CONSULTATION
With over 10 years of experience specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, I offer case consultations, program development support, and staff training. Whether you need assistance with complex cases, building effective treatment plans, or enhancing clinical skills, consultations are designed to support other professionals in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to their clients.
06 CLINICAL SUPERVISION
Having supervised associates in treatment centers as well as my own private practice for many years, I offer clinical supervision to pre-licensed associates needing to accrue clinical hours toward licensure. I am also available to treatment centers with pre-licensed therapists in need of supervision.
PAYMENT + INSURANCE
FEES: While I do have standard rates for individual and couples/family sessions, I keep a limited number of sliding scale spots in my practice. Please inquire about availability if you need a negotiated rate.
PAYMENT: Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise specified via Zelle or credit card.
INSURANCE: I do not accept insurance; however, I can provide a superbill to submit for out-of-network reimbursement upon request.
SESSION LENGTH: While sessions are typically 45-60 minutes, longer sessions may be arranged as needed at a prorated cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be advised that clients must cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time or they will be held responsible for paying the full fee for the missed session.
